1. Features :

High-efficient semi-enclosed double-compressor Screw Water Chiller: the unit running smoothly; low noise ;

Inhaling air cools down running temperature of the motor , which can ensure long life of motor;

Using high-quality bearing; Bearing life: at least 40,000 hours ;

Built-in oil separator , small seize , better effect ;

Realizing stepwise or infinitive range of energy regulation from 0 % to 100%,it can save power resources maximally;

Using high-performance shell and tube heat exchanger (also can select stainless steel plate heat exchanger), which has built-in high-efficient teeth-tube heat exchanger.

Rational design and good heat transfer effect ;

Suiting for R22, R407c, R134a, R404A refrigerants ect ;

Less moving parts and low mal-function rate ;

Optionally equip with economizer to further improve the compressor' s cooling capacity and efficiency ;

Realizing starting-on control process , energy regulating process , stop control process , mal-function auto-stop , mal-function diagnosis , statistics of operation time , operating status display and reboot recovery process ;

Intact control functions and protection functions, simple Chinese-English interface

Computer LCD touch screen controller, which can reflect the running situation well. The operation is more convenient ;

Optionally connect the Bo Lou Yu control system (need to order a control module additionally) or remote Servo Control System ;

With chilled Water Pump , Cooling Water Pump , Cooling Tower chain control function ;

Host is highly automated; do without special person to manage.

Note: 1.Rated cooling capacity is based on: the chilled water inlet and outlet temperature 12℃/ 7℃; cooling air inlet and outlet temperature 30℃/35℃.

2.Scope of work: chilled water temperature range: 5℃ to 30℃; chilled water inlet and

outlet temperature difference: 3℃ to 8℃.

Best cooling temperature range: 15-30℃; recommend to use in ambient temperatures below 38℃; cooling air inlet and outlet temperature difference: 8℃ to 10℃.
